Matka Travel Fair 2026 and Matka Workshop Day 2026 are organized by the Finnish Fair Corporation.
Toolbox Travel produces hosted pre and post tours on behalf of Matka. Tour programmes will be added to this page as soon as itineraries have been confirmed.

To be able to apply to a hosted pre or post tour, you have to be a registered and validated Buyer. Please note, that only these tours are hosted. Otherwise, travel costs and stay in Helsinki are on your own expense. Special rates for buyers from exhibiting hotels are visible on your personal home page after your profile has been validated. If you arrive from outside the Schengen area, please note that it can take up to 8 weeks to get a visa. We recommend to register early enough, and reserve 8 weeks for visa process to avoid cancellations because of not getting a visa on time.
